Data we collect

When you use our website, we may collect: name and email address (contact, meeting, or calendar booking forms); message content you submit; chosen meeting date and time; approximate location derived from your IP address (city and country, via Cloudflare); anti-spam signals (Cloudflare Turnstile); and usage analytics (PostHog, such as pages visited and form events). We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data through these forms.

How we use data

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage meetings, send internal notifications to our team, improve the website, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Meeting bookings may trigger calendar events and email notifications related to your request.

Google Calendar (Limited Use)

If you book a meeting, we use the Google Calendar API to check availability and create calendar events with video conferencing when applicable. We access Google Calendar data only to provide this scheduling feature. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Google’s use of data is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Service providers

We rely on trusted processors to run the site, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend and Brevo (email), PostHog (analytics), and Google (Calendar API). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.

Retention

We keep form and booking records for as long as needed to manage our business relationship and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them when no longer necessary.
